Jessica Nemmers is the Chief Security Officer of Elevate Credit. As a CSO, Jessica focuses on building security programs that align with business objectives and compliance drivers to reduce the risk of business disruption, financial loss, or brand damage from a cyber-attack.
With over 24 years in the IT industry, Jessica began her career with Perot Systems (now NTT Data). At Perot Systems, Jessica led IT teams in the US, India, Romania, and Mexico, and was a founding member of Perot Systems Mexico. Jessica also held positions in new business development, data center operations, and IT communications which allowed her to leverage her unique ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Jessica has been recognized for her work as a trailblazer in cyber security as honoree of the 2020 Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Technology Awards. Jessica holds a B.S. in Business, HR Management, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Paola Saibene is a former Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, VP of Enterprise Risk Management, and former Global Privacy Officer. She has spent her career working in large, multi-billion-dollar organizations with global scope, and she has received multiple awards for innovation & digital transformation. She has also received a Governor’s commendation for her cybersecurity initiatives. Paola has led many large-scale technology strategy and operations, while designing approaches that sustain cybersecurity, contextual data privacy, compliance, and overall risk management at the core of the initiatives.
Presently, Paola is the CEO Quartus Factor, a company focused on increasing resiliency and strength in organizations. She is an adjunct faculty member at Dallas Baptist University, and the founder of the Center of Excellence in Digital Ethics at Dallas Baptist University, as well (www.privacymind.org).
She holds a M.S. in Psychology, M.A. in Literature & Linguistics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, having practiced as a psychologist, and having taught Literature & Linguistics, prior to her career as a technologist.
Amna Awan is an experienced cybersecurity and technology risk leader, with a broad-based professional background. Her entrance into this field was a result of starting Career 2.0. Prior to that, Amna had taken a long career break to focus on her children. During her time away from the outside working world, she obtained her CISSP and developed her skills and knowledge. Thankfully someone was willing to take a chance on a full-time stay at home mom with a certification and some potential, and so Amna was able to re-enter the workforce and grow in the cybersecurity field.

Abu is a certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) and has a Master of Science degree in Management Information System from the University of Texas at Dallas. Abu has extensive experience in creating strategies and plans that define IT/Security operational excellence. Anil Varghese, a renowned industry veteran with over two decades of global experience in the information security and risk management arena – including stints at American Express and Sony Electronics, Inc. – currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (SVP/CISO) within the financial services industry. In his most recent management roles, he has been charged with technology governance and maturing assurance programs at Blackstone portfolio companies.
Under his leadership, Anil had direct responsibility for setting strategic direction on IT risk, security, compliance, and privacy issues. He has been engaged to support sensitive M&A due diligence initiatives and fostered key strategic relationships with a keen eye towards the needs of the business. He has established credibility across corporate boardrooms by focusing on managing risk and not promoting fear. Anil also served as an esteemed thought leader and security evangelist across the industry for PayPal and others.
Anil serves as a go to advisor for Fortune 500 firms and startup clients alike on IT risk management matters and is a sitting Board member at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in developing their master’s and undergrad cyber program(s). He also provides guidance in a security and privacy thought leadership capacity bringing unique insights to investors that aim to bring innovative solutions to the marketplace by engaging with numerous private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) firms alike (Greylock, Work-Bench, LightSpeed, Landmark, …). Anil recently completed the Global Policy in Cybersecurity program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He is an active member of the information security/assurance community, including roles as a presenter/speaker to ISSA, Blackhat, CISO Roundtable, InfraGard, ISACA, and the FBI.
Bryan Tutor most recently served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Elbit Systems of America, LLC, and brings 30 years of experience to the role, providing strategic and technological direction to a $1.3B Business Unit – with focus on enabling business growth, profit enhancement, innovation and competitive advantage. Bryan also led the integration of a $350M acquisition in 2019.
Since he joined the company in 2016, Bryan’s experience leading technically diverse organizations, combined with his unique combination of leadership, process improvement and operations management capabilities, have allowed him to make significant strides in improving business performance.
Before Elbit Systems of America, Bryan served as CIO for 12-plus years for Triumph Aerostructures / Vought Aircraft where he oversaw enterprise-wide IT strategy and operations, including transformation projects, system deployments for new production sites and leadership through consolidations, relocations, mergers and acquisitions. He also worked for Northrop Grumman and LTV Aerospace and Defense in management and engineering positions earlier in his career.
Bryan holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and completed an MBA in IT Management program to further compliment his real-world experience and in-depth skills in business management and strategy.
Additionally, Bryan has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan, and has attended numerous on-going professional development courses including Global Leadership Summit, Executive Leadership and Finance and Change Management.
