In 2019 we began building successful cybersecurity events and we had a BIG hurrah, our 3rd show, planned in Dallas for April of 2020, just like our upcoming event on July 14th, 2021. And then we heard about a little thing called Covid.
Well, we are back. We are hearing ALL OVER TOWN how much people want to get back to IN-PERSON engagement and relationship development and how much “virtual fatigue” they have right now.
❖ We know what you want. Our owners have over 120 years of combined IT and Cybersecurity experience, entrepreneurship, and leadership in the industry.
❖ We know that you want us to put product and service decision makers in front of your sales team and we know how to get them to the events.
❖ The Dallas show, in July, will be the biggest ‘in-person’ cyber event this year in Dallas!!
We spend more of our revenue on show value than any other event company? We use that to attract your targeted audience! We will attract more than 80 cyber leaders and more than 40 of those will be your targeted decision makers of companies with more than 1000 employees.
We spend more than 50% of total revenue on show content and value. We have all worked with or as a part of other current ‘big name – high cost’ event companies and we KNOW what they charge you and we KNOW how much they spend on shows.

• A smooth-running show and all of the capabilities you need to build your brand, engage current and future cyber leaders, and we even incentivize follow up for you with targeted cyber leaders and decision makers.
• We invest in local cyber nonprofit communities and to drive membership for them at the shows as well. We spend over 25% of the TOTAL profit of the show on funding these nonprofits.
Cyber leaders and decision makers at companies with more than 1000 employees. We push the team to register 100 cyber leaders before we consider an event of this size to be successful. We focus on registering 40% of those with leaders from companies with more than 1000 employees.
For our 10-sponsor roundtable shows we drive 40 registrations.
We invite approximately 1000 cyber leaders with the titles of Cyber or Information Security Architect, Director, VP, CISO, CSO, and CTO from the DFW area.
We incentivize our attendee management team most heavily in the first two weeks of the event listing date on our website (April 14, in this case). So, by the end of April, we will have a very strong list of attendees to help you make a decision.
We bring influential podcasters, authors, and other keynotes to drive value for the cyber leaders. We also work with local cyber nonprofits to drive attendance via membership and funding drives.
